Male AM Pack and Female AM Packs are comprehensive nutritional supplements intended to be taken with
the Evening Pack for use as part of a health enhancement program. Provided in convenient supplement packets,
Male and Female AM Packs combine essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fatty acids, and other dietary
agents important to sound nutrition and optimum health. Male AM Pack includes specific botanical compounds
shown beneficial for maintaining prostate function and hormone balance while Female AM Pack includes specific
botanical compounds shown beneficial to assist hormone balance in women.

Multivitamin & Mineral: This high-potency supplement supplies 30 important nutrients in easy-to-absorb forms and amounts that meet or exceed recommended dietary intake levels to support many biological processes crucial to maintaining optimal health. More potent than regular multivitamins, this formula provides a broadspectrum of essential nutrients that help support immune function, energy requirements, nervous system function, eye health, and health maintenance. Well-absorbed nutrient forms are included for maximum benefit. Iron and copper are excluded as too much of these minerals can be harmful. Most people do not need to supplement iron and copper unless indicated by appropriate blood tests.
Ultra-Pure Fish Oil: This highly concentrated omega-3 fatty acid supplement supplies extra-strength amounts of EPA and DHA fatty acids derived from ultra-purified fish oil. Omega-3 fatty acids, often called the “good fats”, regulate inflammatory response, modulate serum triglyceride levels, and support heart, lung, joint, skin, brain and nerve functions. Many people do not regularly consume fish and may not be getting enough omega-3 to obtain these health benefits. Advanced molecular distillation processing super-concentrates the amount of EPA and DHA to allow for maximum intake of omega-3s in the fewest number of capsules. Flavonoid Complex: Also known as bioflavonoids, flavonoids, are natural substances found in berries, grapes, citrus fruit, tea, and other plants that possess extremely valuable antioxidant activity and numerous other health benefits. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is possibly the body’s most important fat-soluble antioxidant. Found in every cell in the body, CoQ10 defends tissues from reactive, oxidative damage. It is also an essential component of the energy producing mitochondria power packs of cells. The heart, kidneys, liver, and muscles contain the body’s highest amounts of CoQ10. Levels of CoQ10 progressively fall after age 40, possibly contributing to aging. Certain people need more coenzyme Q10. Diabetes mellitus and “statin” cholesterol lowering drugs lower tissue CoQ10 levels. The body’s ability to make CoQ10 may be limited in many forms of heart disease, especially heart failure. This product contains the pure, natural trans CoQ10 in its ubiquinone and ubiquinol forms. Both forms are needed in the body. Indoles with diindolylmethane (DIM): Indole compounds are a distinct group of phytonutrients found in cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts. This product supplies Indole-3-Carbinol (13C), DIM, and other naturally-occurring dietary indole compounds shown to assist elimination of toxins from the liver, exert cell-protective benefits, and support optimal estrogen balance in both men and women. Dietary indoles have also been documented to inhibit DNA damage that can initiate abnormal cell growth and help maintain healthy reproductive tissues, including breast, cervix, and prostate.
Melatonin-SR: Melatonin is a natural hormone that regulates the body’s internal clock. Supplementation of melatonin can compensate for reduced body synthesis, since the body’s ability to produce melatonin declines with age. During times of disrupted quality of sleep, additional melatonin can also help regulate the body’s natural sleep patterns. This product contains pharmaceutically pure melatonin supplied in a sustained-release capsule that dissolves slowly over several hours to maintain blood levels for a longer period of time.
Vitamin D3: Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin known as the sunshine vitamin because adequate exposure to sunlight allows the body to produce vitamin D on its own. However, increasing evidence suggests that average vitamin D intake and blood levels are too low. People with malabsorption conditions, impaired kidney function, or limited sun exposure are at highest risk. The most well understood function of vitamin D is the maintenance of normal blood levels of calcium and phosphorus to form and maintain strong, healthy bones. Vitamin D is also recognized to play a role in other physiologic functions such as glucose metabolism, neuromuscular function, and normal cell differentiation. Neuro Protection Pack provides a spectrum of nutrients to support the brain and nervous system. This product enhances the comprehensive nutritional benefits of the Male/Female AM Pack & Evening Pack and when taken together daily these three formulas may help improve absentmindedness and other mild memory problems associated with aging. Neuro Protection Pack includes ingredients to provide antioxidant protection, support normal flow of blood and nutrients to the brain, and maintain synthesis and release of neurotransmitters.
Each Neuro Protection Pack contains the following nutritional products:
Brain Support: This supplement contains 12 important nutrients to provide focused support for the brain and nervous system. It supplies key substrates needed for neurotransmitter synthesis, microcirculation, and antioxidant protection. One of the 12 ingredients, ginkgo biloba extract, is a widely used botanical from one of the world’s oldest surviving tree species that has been extensively studied for its beneficial effects on cognitive function and memory. Other natural agents in Brain Support work in concert to support balance of chemical messengers in the brain and protect brain and nerve cells from damage.
Alpha-Lipoic Acid: With age, free radicals can damage nerve cells resulting in cognitive decline. Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals, supports cellular energy production by mitochondria, and also has the ability to regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and coenzyme Q10. These actions may help protect nerve cells and enhance cell mitochondrial function, thereby improving mild memory problems associated with the aging process.
Pregnenolone is a compound made in the body from cholesterol that serves as a precursor to biosynthesis of steroid hormones. Pregnenolone may modulate N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) and gamma aminobutyrate (GABA) receptor activity in the brain, thus reinforcing neurotransmitter systems that decline with age. It may also help promote healthy immune system response and support positive mood states. This product is physiologically active and micronized to a very small particle size to facilitate absorption. Phosphatidyl Serine is a type of lipid or fat that is used to construct membranes, including the membranes that surround and protect brain and nerve cells. Joint Support Pack provides a broad-spectrum nutritional and enzymatic foundation to support optimal joint function. It supplies building blocks needed for healthy formation and repair of joint cartilage and connective tissues along with other natural substances that help the body regulate inflammatory mechanisms associated with minor pain.
Each Joint Support Pack contains the following nutritional products:
Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate: Glucosamine Sulfate supplies glucosamine, a natural compound found in joints, where it plays a key role in the mobility and smooth working of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Glucosamine is a major building block of the complex proteins that form part of the structure of cartilage. Glucosamine is essential for the synthesis of synovial fluids that provide cushioning for joints. Chondroitin Sulfate is closely related to glucosamine and is often combined together for additional benefit. Chondroitin is believed to inhibit enzymes that break down cartilage. It may also stimulate other enzymes involved in the production of structural substances including collagen. It also promotes formation of hyaluronic acid, a sticky gel-like substance that holds joint tissues together.
Marine Fish Oil: This high-potency supplement provides omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids derived from ultrapurified fish oil. Molybdenum, an essential trace element, has been added to assist sulfur metabolism.
